Quick note on a new trail I ran this past w/e call Grindstone Creek (see link below). Its only a ~13km out and back but it has good hills, rocks, roots and a pretty cool creek and waterfall. Saw all kinds of animal life (deer, fox, rabbits) and it is easy to park and access. It can be lengthen I suppose since its on the Bruce Trail but I have just been there once.
Its located near the town of Waterdown a bit passed Burlington, still reasonably close to Toronto.
